Sid is a post-doc researcher at the Leeds School of Business, Management and Entrepreneurship Division of the University of Colorado, Boulder. He examines how individuals collaborate to develop novel ideas and creative solutions that are compatible with constraints imposed by complex problems.
As a visiting scholar at the Management Studies Group of Wageningen University, The Netherlands, Sid works with a research team at the intersection of collaborative creativity and mentoring. He is Entrepreneur-in-Residence at StartLife in Wageningen, The Netherlands, a former Apple product manager and entrepreneur.
In terms of practical impact, Sid has conducted over a hundred conjoint analysis studies for innovation-seeking high-tech organizations including Apple, Best Buy, CEA, IBM, Motorola, Philips Medical and others. He is an award-winning author with over 90 trade articles and served on non-profit boards. He also volunteers for the Civil Air Patrol, a search and rescue auxiliary of the United States Air Force.
