Sam joined CiviCore with a variety of experience in public education and natural resource management. Prior to joining CiviCore, Sam worked for the Stream and Lake Protection Section at the Colorado Water Conservation Board where he helped manage the development of a new database application for the section. Sam earned his bachelors degree in history from Reed College with a focus in US Environmental History. He brings a passion for applying technical solutions to social problems. He currently takes courses in mathematics at the Auraria Campus in Denver and serves on the Denveright Community Think Tank.
In his spare time, Sam enjoys reading, playing piano, and drinking coffee.
