Sales and Marketing Associate
Bentley comes to CiviCore with a background in nonprofit administration, volunteer management, fundraising, issue advocacy, and higher education experience. She has worked for access to quality health care, retiree issues, workers’ rights, and the end to poverty. Prior to joining CiviCore, Bentley was the State Director for the Ohio Alliance for Retired Americans where she organized retirees to protect Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and pensions and advocated for other issues impacting retirees — such as voting rights. She has also run a free clinic for the low-income uninsured and taught several courses in philosophy, ethics, and women’s studies. She has parlayed her experience with volunteer management and fundraising in her new position as sales and marketing associate with CiviCore.
Bentley is a Cincinnati native and current Cincinnati resident. She attended the University of Cincinnati for her undergraduate degree and Washington University in St. Louis for her Masters in philosophy. In her free time, she likes to listen to music (especially jazz) and read.
