In-house Counsel, Project Management
Colin comes to CiviCore with a strong background in project and program management. Having served in both the public and nonprofit sector for over seven years, Colin is well equipped to anticipate and support the needs of CiviCore’s nonprofit, foundation and public agency clients.
Colin is a public service focused professional who seeks out opportunities to “help people and solve problems.” Prior to joining CiviCore, Colin served as a Senate staffer in Washington, D.C., held a senior staff role in Washington state during the 2012 Presidential election and managed corporate partnerships for the Seattle, Washington branch of a national nonprofit. During these experiences, Colin managed constituent relations, oversaw a robust portfolio of statewide initiatives and built out and oversaw strategic business development efforts, respectively.
Colin holds a J.D. from Seattle University, a B.A. in Political Science from Middlebury College and completed International Study programs at Universidade Candido Mendes in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.
When not designing and building database systems, Colin enjoys fly-fishing, volunteering for nonprofit causes and traveling to new destinations to seek out tasty local cuisine.
