CiviCore is especially interested in helping client organizations move beyond summarizing their results (summative evaluation) toward informing continual process improvement (formative evaluation). CiviCore staff has been engaged in working with organizations to build processes and systems that allow them to reflect and improve their capacity to achieve their objectives. We believe there is great potential to integrate outcome and performance metrics in our client's strategic planning and development efforts.
