Jenna Kotyk

Project Manager

projectJenna joins CiviCore as a Project Manager with a background spanning both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She is passionate about organization and efficiency and brings to the team over seven years of hands-on experience in managing database systems to achieve targeted business objectives.

Prior to CiviCore, Jenna was the development manager at iMentor, a national college success nonprofit, where she was responsible for grants management and funder relations for a $3 million portfolio. Previously, Jenna worked at Perella Weinberg Partners, a New York-based financial services firm, in a generalist role supporting the global corporate communications and human resources teams. She began her career as a recruiter with Raines International Inc., a mid-size executive search firm serving Fortune 500 clients and private equity firms.

Jenna earned a B.A. with honors from Bucknell University and is highly active in her community. She was a founding member of the Young Executives Board for Row New York, a sports-based youth development organization in Queens, NY; she is a member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training; and she volunteers with high school students through Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain, Inc.

Outside of the office, Jenna enjoys distance running (2 marathons and 7 half marathons to date!), craft beer, quoting Seinfeld, and exploring the local music scene.
