Project Manager and User Suppport

Since joining the Civicore team in 2009, Joni has been responsible for project management and user support.

With over 15 years of experience in program evaluation, research, data systems architecture, and technical support and training, Joni is certainly no newcomer to the industry. She has experience across the non-profit, government, university, and private sector settings. This breadth of experience makes Joni invaluable here at Civicore because of the diversity of our clients across these sectors.

Joni possesses a B.A. in psychology from the University of Colorado as well as a Masters Degree in Social Science form the University of Colorado, and has also attended the University of Guadalajara. She is Bi-lingual and Bi-literate in English and Spanish.
