Case Study: Victim Services

Facilitating service delivery and collaboration to the victim services provider community.

A large district attorney's office launched an innovative program to facilitate collaboration and service delivery to victims of crime. As part of this effort, CiviCore was hired to deploy the CiviCore Case Management system. CiviCore worked with team leaders to define information requirements, sharing procedures, and reporting functionality. The CiviCore Case Management system was tailored to the collaborative needs and deployed across the network. Within the first 18 months of deployment over 10,000 cases were entered into the system and members of the network reported that the system facilitated unprecedented collaboration and service delivery to the community.
