Nonprofits and public agencies work hard to improve the lives of the people they serve. Today, funders and others are asking for documentation to substantiate the impact they have on clients, to quantify the improvement, to track the day-to-day delivery of services. However, many organizations do not feel they have the time or resources to do such tracking. Increasingly, nonprofits find themselves in a conundrum they cannot track the impact they have on their clients and they cannot secure funding without it.
CiviCore makes client tracking easy and affordable. We work with clients to create databases that make it easy to enter information about clients and produce reports for funders and program managers. These databases generally collect three types of key information about clients:
- Demographic and contact information for each client that is customized to gather the information you need for program management and reports for funding agencies.
- Activities and services delivered to individual clients. How many classes have your clients attended, how many mentoring sessions, how many individual counseling sessions?
- Outcome information that shows the difference your organization has made in each client’s life, such as pre- and post-tests, improvements in academic performance, reduction in drug and alcohol use or whatever important changes your nonprofit strives to bring about in your clients.
